Daraz Return Policy

The following points about Daraz Return Policy should be made into consideration when returning a product:

  • If the received product is defective, damaged, incorrect or the order is incomplete, you can file a return request from the Daraz app or website under Daraz Return Policy. The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery for Daraz Mall items and within 7 days of delivery for Non-Daraz Mall items.
  • For products categorized under electronics and mobile phones, if the issue comes after the return warranty or after usage, check if the product is under brand warranty or seller warranty. For more details, check Daraz Warranty Policy and Daraz Guarantee Terms and Conditions.

  • For some selected categories, change of mind is also accepted as a reason to change your product. For valid reasons to return an item, please see the section below:

Daraz Return Conditions Policy

  • The product that is to be returned must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and without any defects.
  • If it is a clothing product, the product can be tried once to see if the item fits, this will be considered unworn.
  • Tags shouldn’t be taken off the items.
  • Anything included with the products i.e. warranty cards, invoices, accessories, etc. should be returned with the product.
  • It should be returned in the manufacturer’s packaging/box. Do not put any tape or stickers on the box.

NOTE: Indicate the Order and Tracking Number on the return package to avoid any ambiguity.

Valid Reasons for Returning an Item

  1. The product delivered is damaged i.e. physically destroyed or broken or defective i.e. not switching on.
  2. The product delivered has missing items i.e. incomplete delivery.
  3. The product delivered is incorrect i.e. wrong product/color/size/expired/fake).
  4. The product delivered is not the same as shown in the advertisement or it does not match the product description as advertised by the seller.
  5. The product delivered does not fit i.e. size issue.

Note: Used items will not be returned under any circumstances. For phones, a request can be raised with Daraz helpline if the received product does not switch on or is dead on arrival. How To Return a Daraz Product

How to return Daraz order
  1. To return a daraz product, follow the instructions given below:
  2. Open Daraz app or open Daraz on web.
  3. Go to your profile and select “My orders”.
  4. Click on “Return Items”.
  5. A return form will be displayed. Fill the return form according to the requirements. The available return options (pickup/drop-off) will be displayed in this form.
  6. Pack your package carefully without damaging the manugacturers packaging. Write your order and tracking number outside the package so that it doesn’t get lost.
  7. Drop the parcel at your nearest Daraz Shop or wait for the pickup service
  8. You can track your return pacakge as soon as you have logged the return request.
  9. Daraz will refund the correct amount via online transaction.

Issuance of Refund

If after Daraz’ assessment your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred payment method.

The shipping price, as well as the amount paid for the returned item, is refunded.

The time it takes to complete a refund is determined by the refund method you choose. Once the quality inspection is done, the refund process begins. (See the table below for quality assurance timescales.)

Daraz WalletTo access the return money, you must first activate your Daraz Wallet. From the Daraz Wallet, refunds can also be withdrawn to a bank account. Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa Shop (OTC), and JazzCash Mobile Account orders will only be returned to the Daraz Wallet.
Refund VoucherVouchers will be emailed to the customer’s Daraz-registered email address and may only be redeemed with that email address.
Debit Card or Credit CardIf the refunded amount is not reflected in your card statement after the refund is completed and you have received a notification from Daraz, please contact your personal bank.
Easypaisa WalletIf the refunded amount does not appear on your Easypaisa Wallet statement after the refund is made, please contact us. To contact the Easypaisa help center, dial 3737 from your Easypaisa number or 051-111-345-100 from any other phone.
Bank DepositThe submitted bank account information must be correct, and the account must be active and have a balance. Refunds cannot be handled for Basic Bank Account (BBA), National Bank, or Khyber Bank account data. To repay the money, you’ll need an IBAN number.
