Returning a product

If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on Daraz app or website. The return request must be raised within 14 days for DarazMall items, or within 7 days for non-DarazMall items from the date of delivery

Can I take items from the Daraz Shop locations??
At the moment we do not carry any inventory at our Daraz Shop locations. Instead, we offer a one-on-one experience with a Guide who will go through our full assortment with you, help you place your order, and ship it right to you – no shopping bags required. We also offer a “Click & Collect” option. Place your order at the shop and it will be delivered right to your doorstep. Daraz now offers subsidized shipping fees! Select any nearest pick-up point as a shipping address and get Rs. 50 discount on shipping fees only.

How can I cancel my order on Daraz?
1) To Cancel Daraz order, Open Daraz App and tap Account

2) In the My Order section, tap on View All

3) From your orders, tap the one you wish to cancel.

4) Tap the Cancel button and fill out the cancellation form.

5) Select your reason for cancellation.

6) Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy.

7) Then tap the Submit button.

How do I change/cancel my Daraz order?
If your order is under pre-shipped status and eligible for cancellation, Then the “Cancel Button” will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel. Click on”My Account” and Click on”My Orders” in the drop-down. Once you see your order, click the”Cancel” Button & fill out the cancellation request form.
